Lowe's never seems to open to coupon use. Your experience is not the first negative one of this nature.
ReplyDeleteFunny thing, both Lowe's and Food Lion began as family owned businesses in NC at about the same time. Now that they both are traded on Wall St., they've seemed to lost their willingness to be helpful.
